Over the past few weeks, the Lord has put a heavy burden on our heart for the lost. Our lives can be so busy that we don’t stop to think about how many people are dying without a savior (150k die everyday), and will spend eternity in Hell. At our study this past weekend, we discussed Luke 16:19-31 where Jesus talks about the rich man and Lazarus. The rich man died and went to Hell, while Lazarus went to Heaven and was consoled by Abraham. In Hell, the rich man pleaded that Abraham send someone to warn his family so they didn’t end up there, too.
It’s hard to imagine how many people are in hell today; but, you can rest assured that every one of them hopes someone will witness to their family and friends, so they don’t end up there, too.
